Soweto Street Beat Dance Theater is the only professional South African dance troupe in the United States, so Isipho is extremely excited to present them to you!

Soweto Street Beat will provide traditional Zulu drumming throughout the Celebrating Hope Silent Auction. Then, during the dinner portion of the evening, they will provide a 20-minute traditional Zulu dance and music show.  If you’ve never seen Zulu dancing before, you’re sure to be impressed.  Zulu dance is powerful and exciting.

And, Soweto Street Beat has donated a hand carved traditional Zulu drum to the silent auction. At the event you will be able to bid on it and take it home at the end of the evening, while their performance is still fresh in your mind.
